According to me an unborn infant’s right to healthy life always must get a higher priority than that of a pregnant woman and her right to personal autonomy. When she has conceived the child that means she is responsible and accountable for the child’s wellbeing. If I consider that having a child is a conscious decision, then the mother must be prepared to take care of her health as the well-being of the baby’s health depends on her well-being.
